Yo guys There's any way that I can create a community? I have seen a lot of new communities recently, so I want to ask: There's any way that I can create a community? (I use a 3DS btw)

Sadly no.. Only the Pretendo Staff can add communitys.
you can create a community using mario kart 8 or wii fit u. it will be in that communities' related communities. as for normal communities, only the staff can do that.
