paint. (just kidding.) kinda unsafe but you can mod the home menu itself. the guide should be at wiki.hacks.guide
its not unsafe, if you use layeredfs you can delete the files to unmod, and if you use cia just keep a backup and reinstall it on gm9 if you break smth
What about custom shells?
