Hello pals, can you guys help me with sum. I can't play pokemon bank because it says that my region is different than my id. this is happening on my nintendo id not my pretendo id btw. Also i dont know the email, or password to my nintendo id :[ my 3ds is US too. help

all i can say is switch to pretendo side and try
this happens to me in wii u, i just press L+down arrow+select and it opens a menu, then you find inkay, deactive it and next time u try to open ur nintendo acc, it wont ask your password
