Nah, doesn't fit with a shooter game, at least not Splatoon

I use gyro only in Splatoon since it's the way Nintendo want you to play

yes because it's easier to trace people's movements.

Gyro makes it so much easier to turn your camera. Without it I feel like I barely have any control over the camera!

I use gyro because, despite the initial learning curve, it makes fast and precise aiming possible in a console shooter without aim assist. It also just feels intuitive after a while.

@K-K, exactly. also, i can't play any of these "left stick moves character, right stick moves camera" shooter games without motion controls! when i play splatoon 2 and 3, i specifically only use the joy-cons. i can't survive without them! maybe that's why i suck at fortnite....
