Never been into Minecraft but I think it coming to 3DS was an awesome feat. Only thing I know is that it runs better o New 3DS consoles. My nephew loves it for Wii U btw.

oh gosh, i don't blame your nephew, the gamepad function just makes.. sense! its so great that you can mirror the game whenever the tv is being used, and tell him theres a plugin that will let him 'mostly' not need the tv at all! its 'Swap DRC'! you're welcome!

make sure you have him configure it so that the button combo is like this, otherwise tv button doesn't work for the tv. Start + (D-PAD DOWN/D-PAD any) you can thank me later lol
