Just asking if there is a way to reupload the levels that I uploaded back when the Nintendo Network was still up or not.

There sadly isn't. Pretendo is running on a different server from Nintendo Network and even if they were on the same servers, Nintendo's encryption would mean the levels wouldn't be able to be accessed.
there was a backup pretendo made of several SSM1 levels so yours may wlready be uploaded.
Wait, how can I check if my levels got backed up then?
