for me, it was someone making a dirty joke about luigi in New super luigi U community. Admins banned them for 2 weeks (i think)

tbh people overexaggerated the stuff that'd be on miiverse it was either drawn parts or absurd humor I don't remember ever coming across any life changing events on miiverse
