In terms of nostalgia, I would perfer Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Your only disadvantage however would be that you won't be able to share your screenshots on Miiverse. Maybe Xbox Live though.

ps4 vers most updated wii u has mii verse and game pad psvita portable switch legacy also portable but bigger form the rest of the legacy games are the same tbh

Wii U

Wii U is good, but getting older versions of the game to work on it sucks (especially the digital copy of Minecraft, not sure about the disc version). If you want to play older versions of legacy console without much hassle, then I'd the Xbox 360 is the better choice.

Buy the Wii U edition because you can install all of the DLC and you don't need a online subscription to play online
