OoT is just a flawless adventure, so it's impossible for me to choose anything else. OoT3D is even better too. MM is experimental and unique, which is great, but it can definitely be frustrating and obtuse at times too. And, unfortunately, MM3D ruined a lot of its best parts.

Mm is just different... Playing oot again is boring but not for mm
