make them friends, [NEEDED] and then try to make them alike to the things they do, also make the female a softie [i forgot which persattity it is] and the male a leader. and save, wait awhile. then quit the game, relauch over and over till u see a heart! it will take a day or 2!

also u might wanna have their apts away from everyone but next to eachother
