This is a weird thought I'd been having lately.. years ago I had a midnight blue DSi XL with a 4gb SD Card full of pictures, flipnotes and stuff, but they are now lost to time. I've been thinking about recreating those memories.. but [cont.]

[cont.] but I don't know if it's silly of me to want to recreate those kinds of memories. Maybe it is, who knows
I remember making my own Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series on Flipnote Studio, but lil me did not know about Flipnote Hatena at the time so now I have no way of recovering them, which is a shame. I put a lot of work into them
Pictures are a different story. I can just take pictures of those old places.. but I won't be able to re-capture the people or events taking place [that and.. one of my schools permanently shutdown allegedly].. I dunno. It's a silly thought I've been having for a while lol
Oh yeah, I also remember making AMVs inspired by those old Pokemon AMVs from the early 2000s [I remember vividly making a Snivy and Emolga one].. fun times
Sorry for the ramble. I just have a lot of good memories of the thing and I wish I took better care of them...
Nice story, the fact that you remember these memories at all and care about them means that these memories obviously still live on inside you ;)
@Pat lol, I try not to. I looked high and low for that SD Card, but I was never able to find it in the end. I'd lie if I said it doesn't sadden me a bit that I won't be able to look back on them </3
@wiiuEnjoyr Hahah, yeah. You're right about that. I grew up with the DS and DSi line of systems. I played with them and took them with me almost everywhere I went. Special lil thing <3
I get this mentality completely. I vividly recall setting up my 3DS and filming me playing Sonic 1 as a kid.
@Stickee Whoa! Like.. screen recording playthroughs of it? :o
