Maybe bad timing or marketing. It had lots of potential to offer fun gaming experiences even though it was kinda underpowered. As a recent owner I enjoy it.

Maybe because most people already had a wii. I have a switch and the switch 2 seems like a waste of money now. Maybe people back in the day have the same thought process. Still, it's dissapointing :(
