This is the guy from the right that disappears after a point. I struggled with the left guy, so I assume you mean him. I took this one from the middle platform, the other one from the platform left of him that is reachable with the Deku Leaf

I see, thanks. I believe he also appears for a sidequest on Windfall island, after freeing the girls, at the rich guy's house

Nah, it's alright. I knew who they were bc I looked them up. I'm a bit of a completionist and I hate missable ish, it pmo. Hence why I do this to help ppl
