Why cannot swicth be like wiiu (free online) (A platform to chat with people) The swicth home menu is boring as heck (Like if you agree)

Sorry if i spelled it wrong switch
I guess when there's little to no tension for Nintendo to having oversimplified menus over well-designed ones, or a lackluster online service that's charged, they're probably gonna keep the switch that way...
Honestly they become more greedy over years like i dont hate the switch i think its good but they could have done better hopefully the next nintendo console will be better
