everytime i open my wiiu (not modded) it asks for my nnid pw, i put the password in and no matter what, says its wrong and i press reset pw and it gives me an error. it wont let me do anything without the pw. how do i fix it?

You can go to Pretendo's official website, go to the user icon, Press "I Frogot My Password ", and Follow the steps as shown. It shouldn't be that hard to troubleshoot. Look online for more information if needed. ;)
its not my pnid, its my nnid. i dont have pretendo on my wiiu
You don't have a Pretendo Network ID? You're Nintendo Network ID shoudn't work... ...No idea... Sorry... :(
