If Sonic runs at the speed of sound all the time, wouldn't his shoes be thorn to bits or at least dirty of how fast hes going?

maybe dirty, but i think that his shoes are custom so they dont get ripped
well you see, his shoes are red, which means they're too cool to be damaged.
