i would thimk the vita because i think it is more powerful, idk though, i dont own a vita, but i moght buy one from ebay
It depends of the games you like and in wich console they are, i did that with my ps vita but tbh i wish i modded a 3ds bc of the games
if you got a ps4 you should def get a vita
