they can if they jjst replace assets n stuff same engine and you can decrypt switcn games and get the assets

That would be impossible. Considering the fact that TOTK is an even bigger game than BOTW and the Wii U already struggles with BOTW. Not to mention, the Wii U only has 2 GB of ram. Half of that is reserved for the OS. Leaving games with only a gigabyte of ram.
