That card is useless because all wii u services are down. Install nusspli and download the updates and dlc from there.
This Card is USELESS Now on wii u and 3ds maybe u can use it on Nintendo Switch eShop but I'm not sure if it wiil work but if u want the DLC u Can use ur pc by downloading Wii U downloader or Wii Usb Helper and search for mario kart 8 DLC Or use NUSspil On the wii u without PC
