Has anyone else noticed this subtle spotty blurring effect on drawing posts? Idk if its common knowledge or just how Miiverse was, or if Im just going insane. Not a problem, just curious!

no i think it may be a rendering issue, back then miiverse never was like that
Nope, I think it's an issue with Juxtaposition on 3DS.
It was fixed eventually.
