Wanna use New Leaf Deluxe but apparently the US patch is bugged, they say use the EU patch but how am I supposed to use it on a US copy lol

It's on Gamebanana, and it has alot of the QOL features Welcome Luxury has without changing it's textures or music, since that kinda ruins New Leaf's vibe
