I've come here to talk about the best drawing app I've seen on the 3DS. I'm talking about Colors! 3D. It's a professional level art program for the 3DS. (Think of it as Krita or FireAlpaca's long lost portable cousin.) I'm gonna continue in replies because this is long.

The app is still listed on the colors website (oddly) and I'm pretty sure the gallery functions are still working. The app has Layers (obviously, but only 5 of a fixed depth. Still better than Flipnote 3D's measly 2 layers. [No offense to the crazy artists that use it.]
The app also has color picking, "pressure sensitivity" using the D-Pad, and probably more I haven't found out about.
