when i make a pokemon rom hack, should i release it to the public or not? tell me in the comments bc i can get the rom to work on 3ds i think.

This is going to be a ROM hack of Pokémon Firered. its gonna be called, "Pokémon Super Silver". the legendary in this game is gonna be Shadow lugia. starters are: Mudkip, Scorbunny, And Snivy. this could possibly be released by the end of august. who knows?
