How can I play and find levels made by the players in a new 3ds? I dont find in the menu how to download the levels I want. I only can get them by streetpass

There is no way to share levels between a 3DS and a Wii U. Plus, a 3DS can't upload levels. They can only be shared with another 3DS via StreetPass. I guess your only option is to copy the level by hand, since there's no other method that I know. (I'm not sure though.)
