I am confused. I am a EUR user of Splatoon. I am getting 104-0440 error when trying to obtain news data. Do I have to wait until developers fix the problem or it has to do with my game or my console? And is there any ETA for fixing the servers.

rn, all EUR consoles are having errors, could be a server issue, just wait for them to fix it.
go to your settings, data, Splatoon, and delete shared data. This should fix the problem. (Bad thing : you have to do it everytime you wanna play splatoon online
