is it possible to import a savegame with the dlc to a non dlc game? i want to play mario kart generations without needing the dlc also do i need the dlc for all the tracks on mk8g

Technically you don't need the dlc but it gives extra tracks, characters. You will need to pirate it to get it though. I believe there is a github page for it.
is there a way to get it without NUSspli? i would rather use savemii to import a save with the dlc
