Does anybody know how to get Rom Hacks on your 3DS? I have FBI and Homebrew but I've never done it before. Also is there a way to make it a seperate thing from the og game like how Riivolution does it?

enable game patching in luma settings, then put the patch in /luma/titles/ - most mods have more detailed instructions. no way to enable/disable unfortunately...
there isn't? darn, I was hoping for it :(
