so i went to charge my wii u gamepad... and the charger seemingly makes those bzzing noises, its also feels kinda warm but not at the same time? dont know how to describe it. ill try to keep yall updated.

Dude, if the charger is failing, order a USB charging cable for Wii U GamePad (cheap, can be plugged into a USB charger) and stop using the faulty charger. Please don't risk destroying your hardware like this.
