3DS takes a while cuz of NAND backup and a few other things. I've seen someone mod a wii in less than a minute so the wii is probably the easiest
ds bc all u need is a flash cart and boom
Wii and ds/dsi as far as I know
Wii, because it only takes about 2 minutes to install the homebrew channel and bootmii on it
