just did my first elbow lever! i know its not a big thing but i've made it my new years resolution to do calisthenics a fair amount and im really proud! also got a gym membership so i'll probably do legs there

(i started off being super weak and couldn't do much btw) what i did was just work on assisted push ups til i could do 5 normal push ups and currently just doing beginner calisthenic poses. working on push and pull ups is the biggest thing tbh
