Im getting a 3ds ll soon what should i do for modding

I am getting a wii U for christmas and I want a repair shop to replace its current EMMC with an industrial grade one. what should I tell the repair shop? I am 12 btw so I am one of the younger modders.

(sorted now) but why does an sd card corrupt on one of the last few times that i swap it from 2ds xl to pc when modding :( took me about an hour of half completed attempts and reformatting.

i remember completing sun's dex back in the day. such nostalgic games these are.
