does anybody else have the infinite communication error on CTGP 7?

Anyone know how to delete pnid? The reason being I messed it up on my pc and now cant change anything on my 3ds. I tried to delete it from system settings but at the end of the process an error code came up

I finally made it past all of the error screens and now my ds is gonna die :')
