hiii! i need the wiilink post-install-tool for my vWii. i can't find the .zip file on github and other sites, searching with the exact name... i need it for riiconnect 24, some help?

I can't get MiiVerse for New 3DS (xl) for strange reason... when having Pretendo and having followed countless tutorial, it doesn't work, because it doesn't connect the PNID giving the error: 002-0121: wrong password...but everything is fine... any help please?
