Where are the aerospray weapons? They're not in the game's store anywhere. Do I have to do anything besides increase my level for them to show? I had all 3 on my old account but because of the server shutdown and pretendo I made a new account

Every time I try playing online it says unable to connect to server even though my console is connected to the internet and pretendo. Is there way to fix it?
