start at link to the past and work your way up from there. if you didn't like it, start with majora. if you didn't like that, do botw and then totk.

start with The legend of Zelda Skywarld sword, there starts the saga line time

As much as I love the series, I wouldn't recommend using NES/SNES titles as an introduction to the series. My first Zelda game was Windwaker and I loved every minute. Of course there's BOTW and TOTK if you want to play modern Zelda but previous titles stick to the old formula.
