There is no aroma homebrew launcher. you need to unmod you wii u and remod it with tiramisu cfw if you want the homebrew launcher.
nah no tiramisu i tried it its bad and u cant get the hb app in pc not for aroma but for tiramisu funkyscott 47 did it to change the hb app form going to the mii maker and making it an app but its for tiramisu
