Probably not tbh, the Switch OLED doesn't have a softmod rn, and probably won't (atleast not a reliable one) until Nintendo stops updating the system software.

I feel it's more safer to do when all the servers shutdown, unless Nintendo releases an update to brick ur console AFTER The shutdowns of the servers like they did to the 3DS.
