Yo! should i do a pokemon heartgold run but if one of my pokemon faints i have to release it? (if my last pokemon faints its game over) idk how im gonna beat red. but i gotta have faith in myself (also i cant use revives or heals in general to make it hard)

one last thing. (i cant use the pokemon center as it counts as healing my pokemon. i cant just spam that as my heals)
