If you want to be better you need to understand the concept of map control and how to deny the access of important part of the map (like the objective in pro match) to the ennemy team.

Experiment with different weapon types to find what fits your playstyle! With automatic weapons like shooters, try to aim dirctly foward (the angle your camera resets to with Y) during level fights (or aim for the head) it will increase your chance of shots hitting first
