I have found the Azahar emulator for Windows, but I've been having trouble getting my Pretendo account linked up. At least I know it works, especially with real gamecarts streaming from the console w/o downloading the rom. I don't know how to make Pretendo work here though.

you open nimbus, press y, open system settings, go to nnid settings, then it will work. the menu looks the same so dont be surprised
then you just put in ur pnid info like its an nnid
Found out that I have to install the Luma3DS system, in addition to the latest edition of Nimbus, to the virtual SD card. Works better now.
