there actually was a work in progress splatoon for 3ds, it was called splatoon legends, it never got far and idk if its still being worked on but it does exist, i think there are a few youtube videos of it

its fake but there is a fanmade version in the making theyve got full movement inking and 2 weapons a splatling and splattershot theres one map aswell but it looks a tad scuffed great work tho
