So... since Nintendo is pulling the plug on Twitter [ala Sony and Microsoft], what will happen to Plaza Posts in Splat 2 and 3? Is it just gonna be empty now? Or will they come up with an alternative?

They can't possibly be thinking about bringing Miiverse back THIS late into the Switch's life.. can they?
Nintendo said that plaza posts will stop working in 2, and 3 will use their servers for posts now.

for 3 it seems nintendo is going to use their own servers for it.. it seems that S2 is getting the miiverse treatment.

Not the App. You'll make a post in-game and it'll get uploaded to the game's server. It'll functionally be no different from before except that the post won't be put on Twitter.
