the new UI is specifically on the post screen!
Try installing the latest version of nimbus! Check the version number in nimbus, then check the Universal Updater version number available for nimbus!
Its a change to the entire posting interface. if you used it prior to the changes, there were 2 buttons on the side and a spoilers button below the text entry. Everything was redesigned and now has a unique Spoilers and Screenshots button now
