While playing a game, hit the home button, then go to juxt, make a post, and hit the picture button. This will let you post an image from the game you were playing. Hope this helped!

found the guy who only has a wii u!! you cant, it isnt supported on 3ds yet, though you can technically ntrstream to your wii u and upload it from there
