wait you can get capes on wii u edition?

on your pc (keep sd card in wii u), open up chrome, search for PCK studio, find a legit download. when installed pck, open it and you will see "File" in the top left. Click it, create New and you will see something like 0 and localization.loc. Under it right click, Create, Skin.

after you are done, go to More, Wii U PCK Installer. Make sure you have FTPiiu on your Wii U from Tiramisu. Open FTP on your Wii, an IP on your TV/Gamepad will appear. Enter your IP in PCK, press System or USB (whichever your Minecraft is in) then start.

Finally on PC, it will show a bunch of skin packs you own. Right click a pack and select the option to replace pack with your saved one. Wait until you get a pop-up saying "PCK replaced" then you can quit FTP and open Minecraft. Enjoy!
