I just realised i forgot my 3ds stylus at home (im on a 3 day trip) at least i have a screen protector so i can use anything pencil shaped, currently using the metal bit of my waistband lmao

You still shouldn't do that though, even if you have a screen protector.

In that case, it's fine, but be careful, since pressing too hard can damage the screen
Also, there is a slot on the 3DS for a stylus (in my case, it's on the side near the SD card slot for my 3DS). A case also helps.
