it is if you really enjoy the Ds' library, its true that 3ds can run ds games, but it looks way better on dsi. the only con is that playing Mario 64 DS without an analog stick is painful(some others 3d games too)

i have one myself, its worth for the camera and modding, sound app, etc. but if your willing to give up native GBA compaitibility
