yes i have one and its good to be able to play wii u and 3ds games anytime you want and you can take the 3ds on the go pkemon games r good for the 3ds

wii u doesn't have a big library tbh. like if you already have one then great, but also the switch has about every good wii u game. i wouldn't recommend modding if you plan on playing online though. that being said you can also find a used wii u for like $150, so it's your call
