Probably using UWUVCI and a file of Sonic Colors DS, you'll need your own copy of the game on your Computer. I recommand watching the tutorials to see how you can inject your own DS game as a Wii u Virtual Console. As for where you can find the Rom of Colors DS, that's on you.
