colors 3d, the two art academy games, flipnot 3d and hattena, pixel paint... thats all oh, i use warioware diy to make lil comics!
Person above me got most of them but inchworm animation is another good one, same with its 3ds counter part inchworm animation:Butterfly. Haven't used comic workshop 1&2 yet but I hear people like them.
also forgot to mention the obvious swapnote and swapdoodle
